Prayer Meeting – August 19
We will meet for our regular Midweek Prayer on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Please join us for this mission-critical part of our regular ministry as a congregation. Pastor Groff will be leading the meeting and delivering a brief devotional on the theme “Praying as Christ’s Disciples” from Luke 11:1.
Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary 40th Convocation – August 21
Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary’s 40th Convocation exercises will be conducted at Second Presbyterian Church (105 River St.) in Greenville, SC on Friday August 21, beginning at 7:00 PM. A light reception will follow the ceremony.
Dr. Richard D. Phillips of Second Church will be preaching. We warmly encourage you to attend if you are able to make it to downtown Greenville for this historic and celebratory event in the life of our community.
Worship – August 23
We are looking forward to gathering for worship this Lord’s Day morning (9:30 AM), Kingdom Prayer (4:30 PM), and evening worship (5:00 PM). Our regular Sunday School is on break for the summer.
